These terms govern the rights and obligations of Sporeo SARL, operating as shop.epcrugby.com, on the website shop.epcrugby.com only.
They apply exclusively to products or services sold on shop.epcrugby.com as well as direct in-store purchases.
These terms are intended for buyers with full legal capacity and apply to all orders placed on shop.epcrugby.com.
In case of changes, each order will be subject to the general terms of sale in effect on the day of the order.
ARTICLE 2 – OFFER

shop.epcrugby.com is not the manufacturer of the products sold. All characteristics presented (descriptions, photos, etc.) are provided by the manufacturers.
To comply with current standards, shop.epcrugby.com carefully verifies the quality of the products sold.
The offer is limited to metropolitan France only. Beyond this, specific pricing and shipping conditions apply depending on the buyer’s location and the final destination of the product.
Any buyer wishing to benefit from the shop.epcrugby.com offer agrees unreservedly to these general terms of sale.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Upon receipt of the order, shop.epcrugby.com verifies the availability of the ordered products. In case of unavailability, within 30 days of order confirmation, we will:

Offer a similar product at a similar price, or

Refund the product.
The order confirmation date corresponds to:

The date of payment for credit card orders

The date of receipt of the transfer for bank transfer or PayPal payments
In the event of exceptional stock shortages, we may ship the remainder of your order with your consent. If unavailable after order placement, the customer will be informed by email and the order canceled without bank charge.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICE
All prices are shown in Euros, including VAT (and other applicable taxes at the time of order), excluding handling and shipping fees.
shop.epcrugby.com reserves the right to apply exceptional discounts or credit, with customer confirmation.
Prices apply only to metropolitan France. For international orders, the buyer is the importer and responsible for customs duties or local taxes.
shop.epcrugby.com may modify prices at any time, but orders will be billed at the prices indicated at confirmation.
Products remain the property of shop.epcrugby.com until full payment. Risks transfer to the buyer upon delivery.

All orders require prior creation of a customer account and follow 4 steps:

The order is valid after final confirmation. A confirmation email is sent. The buyer must provide accurate information. Order modifications are possible before shipment. After shipment, orders cannot be changed. Exchanges or refunds follow Articles 9 and 10.

Carriers: GLS, TNT, Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL, Mondial Relay

For incorrect addresses, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
shop.epcrugby.com is responsible for proper execution of the contract, except in cases attributable to the consumer, a third party, or force majeure.
ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has 14 business days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal. Customized products are excluded.

ARTICLE 10 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are possible within 14 days after receipt. Refunds (excluding shipping costs) or exchanges after receipt of the product. Additional shipping fees may be the buyer’s responsibility.
ARTICLE 11 – WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Legal warranty against hidden defects and non-conformity. Claims, exchanges, or refunds must be made within 30 days of delivery via email: epcr-shop@sporeo.fr or by phone.
ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTES
