Return Policy

We offer an extended return period of 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Legal Right (14 days): If you request a return within 14 days of receipt, we will refund the price of the item AND the initial shipping costs (standard rate).

  • Commercial Extension (15 to 30 days): Beyond the legal period and up to 30 days, we accept the return and refund the price of the item, but the initial shipping costs remain at your expense.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return, you must contact us beforehand at: epcr-shop@sporeo.fr.

  • Return Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping the item back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • Validation: Items sent back to us without a prior email request will not be accepted.


Damages and Non-compliant Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you an exchange or a full refund.


Exceptions (Non-returnable Items)

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to:

  • Personalized products (e.g., jerseys printed with a specific name or number).

  • Event-specific / Dated products: This includes items produced for a specific match or occasion, such as commemorative mugs, match-day scarves, or any other dated merchandise.

These items can neither be returned nor exchanged. Additionally, we do not accept returns for gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (different size or model) is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
